The National Congress “Modernization of Russian Industry: Development Priorities” is held annually since 2006.

The National Congress is an open international business platform oriented primarily at the establishment of long-term partnership relations between entrepreneurs, state structures and public organizations.

The format of the annual meetings of entrepreneurs from the entire Russia and abroad with the participation of representatives of top officials of the country allows establishment of a site for open dialogue with a possibility of taking reasonable decisions, better understanding of each other’s interests, establishment of long-term partnership relations and scheduling further steps on the efficient development of the industrial policy of the country.

This is dialogue platform for cooperation of the business community, search of new business partners and reception of professional consulting on the issues of business support and development, as well as opportunities of an access for the entities of small and medium entrepreneurship to procurements and tenders in the State Companies and corporations.

Thematic Sections of the Congress

The section speakers representing executive and legislature authorities, public organizations, expert, investment and business community will make reports on topics specified in the agenda.

The participants of Sections will have an opportunity to ask questions to Speakers, comment on expressed theses, propose own ideas, thus determining the line of discussion. Based on records of each Section, it is planned to prepare a final document containing specific proposals to improve the enterprise environment and sent this document to the Presidential Council for Economic Modernization and Innovative Development, Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation and relevant Ministries and authorities.

Please note that the list of topics for discussion during the Sections not final and may be amended taking into account wishes of the Congress registered participants. The list of invited Speakers and Experts is created from among senior executives. In case they are not able to attend personally, the representatives of below authorities shall be assigned to participate in the Congress.

Meetings of the International Energy Forum “Innovations. Infrastructure. Security”

The International Energy Forum is held annually since 2009. This is a known platform for open dialogue between business and authorities, the development of long-term partnerships, the planning of further steps in the development of the fuel and energy industry taking into account the views of the business.

Partners of the Forum are: the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Energy Agency, ROSSETI PJSC, RUSNANO, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Union of Oil and Gas Producers of Russia. The organizational and analytical support of the event is provided by ANO Center of business support and development “Initiative”.

Among the regular participants of the Forum are: heads of enterprises of oil and gas and energy industries of Russia and abroad, representatives of the profile ministries and departments, of the Government of the Russian Federation, deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, representatives of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, expert community and academia, major public organizations, business and socio-political mass media.
